Striving to build a parish family that participates and in which all members: priests, deacons, religious and lay people COOPERATE in building God´s Kingdom, the parish council is a dynamic and diverse group of parishioners that have been postulated by the people at the parish and come together under the leadership of an elected chairperson to represent the needs and dreams of the parishioners and to advise the Pastor on parish issues and events. The council meets the second Tuesday of the month from September to June.

The Finance Council reviews the parish budget preparation and oversees the accounting procedures of the parish. The parish Trustees are members of the Finance Council. The Finance Council usually meets bimonthly, on the third Monday.
Buildings & Grounds Committee
Volunteers help to maintain the parish facilities and they work with the Business Manager to plan and execute capital improvements of the church, school, rectory, life center, parking lots and driveways on an as needed basis
Special Events Committee
This volunteer committee creates and oversees the various fundraising events for the parish throughout the year. Some recent fund raisers include: Pasta Dinner, Basket Raffles, Candy Sales, Dinner & Bingo, SOS Daily Cash Raffle, and Harvest Dinner.
The Men’s club is open to all members of St. Theodore’s Church who are at least 21 years of age and are looking for a way to be involved in the parish. Meetings are held the first Monday of every month at 6:45 p.m.
